The FP model will work well for projects that have a clearly specification. The client gets a clear
estimate on the effort and time for the specified tasks and pays a pre-negotiated fixed amount, CoLeague delivers a quality product within a specific time
frame.
An example of a typical workflow for a fixed price turnkey project is:
The client provides CoLeague a requirement specification document.
The requirement is understood and if necessary clarification is sought from the client.
CoLeague estimates the effort and time needed to deliver the project.
Cost is calculated on the estimate and a Fixed Price proposal/Contract is submitted to the Client.
CoLeague gets a signed contract after negotiations from the Client.
A detailed Project Plan and related documents are handed over to the client.
A staging environment is created for the Client to view the progress of the project.
Periodic discussions and presentations are made to the client.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is done on the Staging Server.
Coleague Hands over the project and Code approved by the client or deploys the same on the live environment of the client.
